Upgrade Your Memory
Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice describes personal-data processing for upgradeyourmemory.com under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data-protection legislation.
1. Controller
Edoardo Zeloni Magelli, self-employed (trabajador autónomo), Calle Bentejuí 43/A, 35600 Puerto del Rosario (Las Palmas), Canary Islands, Spain. Contact: support@zeloni.eu.
2. What we process, and why
- Technical access and security. To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, the hosting system may process your IP address, the requested page, the time, browser information and error or security records. Legal ground: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Training tools. The tools run in your browser. Your answers and scores are not sent to us. If you choose “Save”, your score is stored only in your own browser, on your device, and you can delete it at any time.
- Clicks on book links. We count how many times each book link is clicked, as totals per page. No IP address, identifier or cookie is stored for this count.
- Emails. If you write to us, we use your address and what you send only to reply. Legal ground: legitimate interest in answering your request (Article 6(1)(f)). You are not added to any list.
We do not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, profiling or a newsletter. We make no automated decisions about you.
3. Fonts, media and external links
Fonts and images are hosted on this site. No video player or social widget is embedded. When you follow a link to another site, such as Amazon, that site’s own privacy rules apply.
4. Recipients
Hosting is provided by SiteGround, under the applicable data-processing terms. Advisers or authorities may receive data only when the law requires it. Personal data are never sold.
5. Retention and transfers
Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up. Technical records follow the hosting provider’s security cycle, and are kept longer only to investigate an incident or meet a legal duty. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under the GDPR must apply.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to support@zeloni.eu. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or to the supervisory authority of your EU country.
7. Changes
If the site’s functions change, this notice changes first.
